Ashley's School Easter Party
Ashley was extremely picky on what she wanted to wear today. She wanted to wear this very light pink shirt, that is supposed to be for next year or under short sleeve shirts. But we made it work. The first denim jean dress we tried was to small, and she never wore it! I am so used to just putting on pants and a shirt. So we found another denim jean dress that fit. Then we went to the tights. She wanted to wear pants under the dress. She takes after her mom and is a pant and t-shirt girl. But I wanted her to be a little dressed up for the party. So we found some thick pink tights with hearts on them. And then to the hair. I had to sneak the hair bow. It looks eastery to me and has a lamb on it for the center piece. And lastly to the shoes. These shoes were on clearance at target a couple of months ago and they happen to fit now. Which is perfect sense Coal ate her black dress shoes last week! Maybe not the perfect outfit but she was comfortable and did not complain to much. She had lots of fun at her school party. She licked a Easter snack and drank her juice box. Then we had an easter egg hunt outside, right before the rain started. We have to say thank you to Melissa for putting every thing together and making sure Ashley's Easter party was a hit. We hope every one has a wonderful Easter/Spring Break!

Awe...very cute! I missed Abby's party, but Derek got to leave work to be there. I got Abby into a dress this morning and it was a chore trying to get everything to sort of coordinate. By the time Derek got to school, Abby had convinced her teachers that she was too itchy and she had changed into her extra clothes... Oh, well! Looks and sounds like both the girls had a lot of fun :) Happy Easter! Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteI almost was unable to go to the party. I had to pick Kyle up and find some one to watch him. Thank you Tammy! I really need to get into putting Ashley in more dresses. I guess that is what spring and summer is for.
