Another place we like to go as a family is the bowling alley. Jamie and I bowled a lot together with a group of friends pretty much every weekend that we could in Virginia before kids. Now our kids really enjoy it. This may be the last time for either of the boys using the bumpers. They are not half bad and may not even need them. Ashley gets bumpers and the ramp. It is not easy for her to carry the ball or be able to push the ball fast enough that the ball will not get stuck in the lane. We are just glad that our bowling alley does not ask to many questions of why we want the ramp and just is ok to bring it out. Not that many families even seem to know about it. We typically get many looks wondering about the ramp. I did not even think to even ask before Ashley's class had a school field trip and it was brought out. Well on this bowling trip I did not do so hot and for some reason and really with no help Ashley won. She beat Kyle by one point! Ashley is just showing us how special she is and that she is going to be a natural bowler!
