The rest of my day!

     I did not get as much as I wanted to get done today.  I racked one more island of mulch in the front yard (and still have work to do on that same island) and then I read and fell asleep.  Well there is always tomorrow to clean the bathrooms and the dust and windex LOL.  So there is my day tomorrow.  The kids had a half day today which was good for all of us.  We where able to do our homework before we had to leave for Kyle's football practice.  Tyler joined Kyle's team for stretches and he really enjoyed it. He wants to be on the team next year.  We will have to see.  With Kyle possibly not playing football next year Tyler may be up for draft and the team may not be a guarantee.  

     Instead of going home or waiting in the sun at practice Ashley, Tyler, and I went to the Library and park.  As soon as we arrived at the park we meet a squirrel in which Tyler took an interest in.  The squirrel was just relaxing on the bench!  Ashley did not last long at the park (she needs a long nap).  She was wanting to play with Tyler in the sand.  But Tyler did not want Ashley help, so it was time to leave.  Off to get Kyle and just in time.

     We where finally able to go home and the kids all played outside for a little bit.  Ashley enjoyed her sandbox and the boys threw the football.  I put my Rally for Lilly decal on my car.  And I found a bunny.  The bunny was alive but seemed to be stuck.  After many pictures I was able to get the bunny unstuck.  I did not let the kids nor did I touch the bunny.  I know that the bunny must either be sick or hurt for us to be able to get so close.  I wish I could of helped him more because Ashley found him dead the next morning.  I never did find a chance to go and get his body but on the morning of Sept. 16 it was gone!  Poor bunny!

     So it was a day of animals which includes my kids.
