My friend the Bat

Enjoying my time while the kids are in school. My first task is to have my nails done. Which went as planned. Decided since it was a nice day that I would take a little walk before any further tasks to be done. So is it good luck to run into a bat? I need to know. While taking pictures of some wedding dresses for my sister a bat greeted me. I jumped at first but I then realized that it was very confused and could not figure out how to get out. It was in panic mode! Well included below are some pictures of my new bat friend and a video of its flight! Never seen a wild bat. Zoo bats don't count.

First Day Back to School!

Finally the kids are back in school. The summer was not the greatest due to the weather. It was just to hot to really do anything or stay out side. The kids only saw their Dad for one short visit and it was after my surgery so we where not able to do much. The kids are ready to go to school and I am ready for a little break from the kids. The first day and every one is happy for now until we get to the bus stop. Tyler is having a problems with his attitude lately. He is very mad at is brother. I will just have to keep them separated at the bus stop until his attitude changes. I had to go to the school today to drop off to the nurse Ashley's supplies so below are two pictures of her showing off her new stool that her teacher made for her. And finally a picture of Ashley when she came home watching her Disney Jr. Now I need to start my own schedule of things for me to do when the kids are in school, but today is getting my nails done!

All three kids picked out their school outfits the night before. They did an great job.

Tuesdays.....

Another busy day which does not leave a lot of time for pictures. So car pictures with the ipod are the best bet. Because we may forget the camera at home but Ashley never forgets her ipod now! So we go from home to school for Ashley's IEP meeting to home to football, soccer, then football and finally home. Busy Busy for me but the day sure does go quick! And the first day of school tomorrow! I got a nail appointment by myself!

Its is a good thing she did not realize what finger she was pointing up!

It is sunday and we will do not much on Sundays till the end of October. It is the only day that we will not have to rush out of the house. And I slacked on using my camera. The ipod has really come in handy with Instagram! The only picture I took today was of Ashley in her room looking for Sparkles her horse pretending to be a cowboy. The boys stayed down stairs and I read all day! Nice relaxing day and we need them.

First Games of Football

Just the first of many busy Saturday's to come. I was up till 4am making sure I had every thing ready and packed! And we did really well. Everyone made it to their games/pictures on time. Ashley and I missed a little bit of Tyler's game due to her pictures but that was the only glitch! Neither of the boys teams won but it was not due to lack of effort. They both where very close games and my boys played their positions well. As Ashley and I where walking to the field we heard Tyler's name and number being called and he was mentioned a couple times during the game. And it was not for injury's .... he actually played! Some of the video's it is hard to tell where which players are my boys. Kyle is number 68 maroon team and Tyler is number 5 light blue. They both wore matching socks as well. I noticed some players on different teams where wearing hot pink items. I need to find a way to use neon orange (or some color other then pink) to be able to see the boys. Any ideas?
